Subsidies and Grants
The State Library of Pennsylvania’s Bureau of Library Development provides financial assistance to strengthen library services in the Commonwealth. These funding programs include the Library Services and Technology Act Grant Program, and the Keystone Recreation, Park, and Conservation Act Library Facilities Grant Program, the e-Rate program and the State Aid to Public Libraries Program.
